General conditions of sale


1- This contract is a seasonal rental of furnished tourist accommodation.

2- The duration of the contract is planned for a fixed period, the tenant may not under any circumstances remain on the premises.

3- In accordance with article L121-21-8 of the consumer code, there is no right of withdrawal for the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation.

4- Cancellation by the tenant: Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address of SARL La Raberie


a) Before arrival at the gîte: the deposit remains the property of the owner. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the cottage, the balance of the rental will be required.

b) If the tenant has not arrived within 24 hours following the scheduled entry date, the contract becomes null and void and the owner disposes of the accommodation. The tenant must pay the balance of the scheduled payment.

c) If the tenant shortens his stay, the balance remains with the owner.


5- Cancellation by the owner: the owner refunds all sums paid by the tenant.

6- Capacity: this contract is established on a maximum capacity of x people depending on the accommodation rented and a maximum of 15 people.

If the number of tenants exceed capacity, the owner is entitled to refuse the additional persons, this will be a breach of contract at the initiative of the tenant.

7- Inventory: An inventory is drawn up upon arrival by the owner and the tenant. The state of cleanliness must be noted in the inventory. The maintenance of the premises is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period.

8- Security deposit: A security deposit of €500 is required upon entering the gîte. After the exit inventory, this deposit is returned within one week, if no damage is noted. If damage is noted, the tenant is liable, and the check is returned after deductions made for the amount of repairs, within one month after the repairs have been carried out.

9- Responsibilities: theThe tenant will use and maintain the cottage as a good father. He ensures the peace and quiet of the place and uses it in accordance with the destination of the place . No parties with music.

10- Prohibition on recharging a vehicle.

11- Insurance: the tenant is responsible for all damages that occur. He is required to take out a ""holiday"" insurance contract covering these risks.

Proof of insurance will be required upon entering the premises.

12- Competent court: in the event of a dispute, the Blois court will have sole jurisdiction.
